To hire a skilled WordPress developer, start by defining your exact project needs, required skills, and total budget. You can search popular freelance marketplaces like Upwork, Codeable, or Fiverr, or post job listings on web development forums. Always review candidate portfolios, test their knowledge of custom coding, and read feedback from previous clients. Conducting a small test project helps ensure the developer writes clean code and communicates effectively before you sign a large contract.
